TUV Rheinland entered the Greater China market over 25 years ago. The company is familiar with domestic and international standards of product safety and quality management systems. It also offers advanced testing equipment and experienced technical professionals, all capable of integrating international resources and local services.

SCS offers indoor air quality certification for furniture, flooring, paints and coatings, adhesives, sealants, insulation, wall coverings, carpet, furnishings and more through its Indoor Advantage and Indoor Advantage Gold programmes, as well as through the Resilient Floor Covering Institutes’ FloorScore® program. The VOC Emission Centre will provide rapid indoor air quality testing for manufacturers in Asia applying for SCS’ certification programmes. This strategic partnership between TUV Rheinland and SCS will facilitate the swift, integrated solutions manufacturers need to gain fast access to the American market.

“Our indoor air quality certifications allow our certified clients to prove that their products contribute to creating a safer, healthier indoor environment for their customers,” said Stan Rhodes, President and CEO of SCS Global Services. “This partnership will allow us to better serve manufacturers in Asia with faster turnaround time and a connection to local businesses.”
