Two Climaveneta Integra Units for the Air Conditioning System in the First Leed Platinum Building in Italy

The Building nr. 03 in the new Vimercate Energy Park is the first Italian building to has been LEED certified Core & Shell Platinum 2.0.


Designed by SEGRO in collaboration with architects Garretti Associati and plant designers Lombardini22, new SAP Headquarters in Milan is the ideal reference for the establishment of IT and telecommunications companies.

The air conditioning system is based on two multi-purpose hybrid condensing INTEGRA units. The control system, depending on climatic conditions and building requests, decides the priority of one of the two units. The construction approach that characterizes INTEGRA multiuse units has been designed to maximize efficiency of the system with simultaneous loads, when the energy produced is used to satisfy the hot and cold demands of the total system.
