BOSCH Thermal Technology finished the acquisition of Shandong OAK Air-conditioning Technology Co., Ltd. (OAK) that is the company with 130 million RMB turnover and 270 employees in 2011. OAK is the comprehensive company with R&D, producing and sales, and its products are used in industrial and commercial sectors, including water-water water source heat pump, water-air water source heat pump, large chiller, AHU and fan coils. The president of BOSCH Thermal Technology, Mr. Uwe Glock emphasized that the acquisition would enlarge the BOSCH’s production line, and promote the business of high efficiency heat pumps and enhance the attraction of US, central and eastern European markets. The acquisition will contribute to the energy efficiency and sustainable development.
