DriSteem, a Madison Air Company and manufacturer of humidity control, evaporative cooling, and water treatment products, announced a redesigned XT Series Electrode Humidifier, engineered to improve long-term reliability and simplify maintenance in demanding applications.
The updated XT series directly addresses common field challenges, such as inconsistent water conditions, scale buildup, and unplanned maintenance, which can impact system performance and uptime in critical environments.
Key enhancements include upgraded internal components designed to extend service life, improved safeguards against water-related issues, and enhanced drain water tempering. The system now also features DriSteem’s Vapor-logic® touchscreen display as a standard, providing greater system visibility and simplifying operation for maintenance teams.
Designed for environments where precise humidity control is essential, the XT Series serves a wide range of applications, including healthcare facilities, data centers, museums, laboratories, manufacturing operations, and commercial buildings. The improved design helps facility teams maintain consistent performance while reducing service complexity and downtime.
“This update is a direct response to what we’re seeing in the field,” said Jake Wegner, Director of Sales at DriSteem. “Water quality variability and maintenance demands continue to challenge facility teams. By strengthening key components and improving water management, we’ve made the XT more durable and easier to maintain – without changing the core technology that customers trust.”
